Transpersonal Psychology
Focuses on unlocking and actualizing the full potential of individuals. It explores how people can move beyond self-imposed limitations and achieve states of higher awareness, which can be used to facilitate personal and spiritual growth. My therapeutic approaches may include mindfulness-based interventions, guided imagery, and exploration of the idea that there’s purpose and meaning beyond the confines of our personal identities and material existence.

Inner Child Work
Childhood experiences often shape our adult behaviours. Inner child work allows us to heal childhood trauma by exploring unmet needs and learning to support and love ourselves as we needed and wanted.
Somatic Therapy
Our bodies are powerful messengers, and somatic therapy helps us listen to their language. By becoming attuned to our body's signals and practicing mindfulness, we can release stress, tension, and trauma. Imaginary processes empower us to reclaim our power and transform our beliefs about ourselves and the world.
Internal Family Systems
