Our first session with be an intake session. We will go over the informed consent and I will ask some questions and gather some information, so I know how I can best support you.

Your first 15-minute consultation is free.
60 min sessions are $120.00
90 min sessions are $180.00

Every Insurance plan is contract specific to your employer. It is best to check with your extended benefits to see if they cover Registered Therapeutic Counsellors - RTC

You can either send me an email or give me a call.

You will be sent an invoice via Square on the day of your appointment. You can follow the link to pay with Credit or Debit or you can send an e-transfer to danielle@soulfulelements.ca
A receipt will be sent to you as soon as payment is received.

Soulful Elements Therapy has a 24-hour cancellation policy. PLEASE text 250-215-3054 in the event you need to cancel a session. Half the session fee will be charged if 24 hours notice is not received.

You are the primary decision maker in every direction your therapy takes. You will be supported by me, ever step of the way, including if you decide to not continue.
